Postage
Goods are normally despatched within one day of order. Goods are sent via the Postal Office or by Courier, normally taking 5-7 days to reach the customer (South African orders) and 3-4 weeks (international orders) .Where we have USA and Canada orders and stock is available from our New York office – we will use USPS shipping. (5.7 days to arrive)
Rates
Courier Rates can only be calculated once the Parcel is packed and weighted. We can then provide a more accurate Quote.
SA Postal Service: Rates as calculated on checkout (incl. tracking)PLEASE NOTE:Rates are estimated and while we are more or less accurate we will contact you should the Rate be significantly higher (or lower) than estimated on the Purchase Order
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.
We aim to deliver international orders within 16 days however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days then please contact us.
Returning Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us within 2 days of receiving delivery and we will exchange the goods or refund your payment once goods returned to us unopened and unused. (less postage and packaging costs).
We use both couriers and the Postal Office to return goods depending upon parcel size. We will advise you of the appropriate returns procedure once you have informed us that you wish to make a return. All goods to be returned should be carefully repackaged and clearly labelled with our postal address.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bestmedicinalherbs.com and send your item to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
